Kertus AI is an AI gateway providing provider cost governance (semantic caching, model routing, savings measurement), runtime policy enforcement, PII masking, usage metering, quotas, billing summaries, and a tamper-evident audit evidence chain.

3. Liability boundary

Kertus AI is runtime governance infrastructure. It does not provide legal advice, regulatory certification, or compliance guarantees. It produces enforcement and evidence infrastructure that supports compliance. Consult qualified legal counsel for EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and sector-specific obligations.

4. ROI guarantee (SAVER and above)

If your measured savings are less than your subscription fees over the first 60 days, we credit the difference.

• Applies on the SAVER plan and above.
• Requires at least 500 requests per month routed through the gateway.
• One claim per tenant.
• The remedy is a credit, not a refund.
• Savings are measured per the published methodology.
